Boy, ooooo,boy,

what a fun it was in Legoland, Denmark!
We all had the time of our lives.....

Have been busy for day's.....Climbing in and out attractions, walking, and walking for miles, ate the most wonderful and biggest ice creams in the world and had more FUN!

And.....I also made time (in the late evening when the boy's were all in bed!) for some scrapping!

Elise's Challenge 2008: operation 28> ART.

To me ART is.....YOU...out there....All over the world! Every one of us is an unique piece of ART!

Music/ ballet/ all kind os foods/ children's drawings/ animals/ flowers and plants.....

I see it all as ART! Ofcourse I adore paintings of Van Rijn, Gaugain, Cezanne.......

I love statue's.....Buildings......I think we are surrounded by ART and YES! Also the scrapbooking is real ART to me!

Here I painted my waterplant's in our pond for the last time.....

The pond has to go (because it is too dangerous when we work with children in the yard), but the painting (with aquarel-paint) will remember me of the pretty colors and the shape of the flowers......

ART?

The pretty nature that's surrounds me , sure is ART!

My children and the little dog are PIECES OF ART TOO...

My beloved friends are ART......

I think that we should be very grateful, cause ART is all around us!

Thizzzzzzzzzzzz izzzzeeee the NEW ME!!!!!

Today I got soooo sick and tired of my hair!!!!

Felt terrible with the tail......And every morning the same........Yes! A tail.......

I went to the hairdresser in town.....NO TIME.......I went to the one in the neighberhood......CLOSED ON WEDNESDAY!!!!! ............I went to the one in the neirby mall......HOLIDAY!................So.....At last I found a very little one close by and this young woman was a student of me a long, long time ago....

I told her what I had in mind and she just cut my tail of at once......EEEKKKKKKKKKKKKKK!!!!!

There was a very old lady waiting for a cab and she loved the way we were chatting and the way she was changing me! Then a little girl ran into the store and she shouted at me: "BOY!!! YOU LOOK GOOD!!!"She ran out of the store, jumped on her bike and away she was......

The hairdresser: "Must be one of your students?"

My honest answer: "NO! I do not even know this girl, so it must be a huge compliment for the one who's doing my hair at this moment!"

I am very happy with my haircut.......Just got rit of the long hair.......

Now I have to do the operation!..Bye, Jen.

I love this project!

I am going to make more, cause this is so much FUN to do!

It is all about the year 1961 in wich I was born and in the book I "tell"about things that happened that year!

Now I have to work on Elise's paper '08> Operation 28 is ART.....

A little gift....

I made this little book for Marian and Jaap.

There little Jack Russell past away some time ago.....

Het was 'so old and he just died after many good years of treatment.

So....We got his basket for Odie and Odie LOVES his basket!

The basket is in and out all the time, cause Odie wants his basket with him. Nice to see, by the way.

So...I decided to make some nice pics of Marian and Odie together and I made this little gift for them, so they can enjoy Odie too.

A DOG'S LIFE......

HE IS SUCH A SWEET DOGGIE!

He really IS!

Amazing how you can love an animal in just a couple of month's.....

Amazing how this little creature feel's so at home.......

Amazing that we all grow more and more and that life can be so good when you are so rich because friends are all over the world and all so closeby......

Yesterday our friend Tineke saw SARA!

Today is her PARTY and this is the little book I made for her!

I hope she will like it very much and it will tell her how special she is to me, but also to the boy's.
